Vis Major is a Latin term used in tort which means ‘Superior Force’ or “An Act done by God” or which occurs naturally and out of the control of human . It is also used as a defence in tort law. The event covered under act of God must occur naturally + there must be an extraordinary occurance of the event.

Section-294 IPC (OBSCENE ACTS AND SONG) if any person does any obscene act at public place or signs, recites or utters any obscene or any ballad(a long song or poem that tells a story mostly about love) or words near any public area shall be punished for 3 months or fine or both.Section-354 IPC if any person assaults or uses criminal force to woman with an intention to outrage her modesty shall be punished for one year imprisonment which may extend to 5 years with fine.Section-509 IPC if any person through any word, gesture does an act which intends to insult the modesty of a woman shall be imprisoned for a term may extend to 3 years with fine.

Actus Non Facit Reum Nisi Men Sit Rea is a legal maxim mostly used in INDIAN PENAL CODE based on essentials of a crime which mean , “An act does not makes a man guilty unless there was a wrongful intention/Criminal Intention or a guilty mind. This legal maxim is a compilation of 2 Mens Rea (Guilty Mind) + Actus Reus (Guilt Act/Action).

Article -370 of Indian Constitution which talks about the temporary or giving special provisions to the State of Jammu & Kashmir.

According to ke it is a good move as it will help in minimizing noise pollution level in cities.

Sectionn-2(20) of Juvenile Justice Act defines CHILD COURT as “a court which is established under Commission specially for the Protection of Child Rights,2005 or a special court for the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act,2012 and for the same purpose other such court is not designated.

38(J) of Wildlife (Protection) Act,1972
